5-Year Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

Ribble Valley Crafted Ltd ("we," "our," or "us") offers a 5-year limited warranty ("Warranty") on the products and services listed on our website ("Products") to the original purchaser ("Customer"). This Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions.

2. Warranty Period

​

The Warranty period begins on the date of purchase and lasts for five years ("Warranty Period"). The Warranty does not extend or renew with any product replacement or repair.

3. Warranty Claims

3.1. To make a warranty claim, the customer must contact our customer services

3.2. All Warranty claims are subject to verification by Ribble Valley Crafted Ltd.

4. Warranty Coverage

​

4.1. During the Warranty Period, Ribble Valley Crafted Ltd will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace the defective Product, free of charge. In some cases, a refund may be offered.

4.2. Ribble Valley Crafted Ltd may use new or refurbished replacement parts or Products for any repair or replacement, and the replaced parts or Products will become our property.

5. Warranty Limitations

​

The Warranty does not cover:

5.1. Normal wear and tear.

​

5.2. Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or abuse.

​

5.3. Unauthorised modifications or repairs.

​

5.4. Cosmetic damage that does not affect the Product's function.

​

5.5. Products that are not purchased directly from our website or an authorised retailer.

​

5.6. Consequential or incidental damages.

​

5.7. Customers who insist on using their own couriers may do so at their own risk. Ribble Valley Crafted have their own delivery and installation team and will not accept responsibility for items damaged in transit by any other couriers.

6. Warranty Exclusions

The Warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective Product, as determined by Ribble Valley Crafted Ltd. It does not cover loss of time, inconvenience, or any other damages or costs, including but not limited to shipping, labor, or installation costs.

7. Transferability

​

The Warranty is non-transferable and is only available to the original Customer who purchased the Product.

​

8. Governing Law

​

This Warranty is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
